2004 Fender Stratocaster

Hi everyone,
I have a lot of guitars, probably more than I need, but why not!
Anyway, I've decided to auction one of my guitars, a 2004 USA Fender Stratocaster and the money raised will be donated to the charity Mind. I used it for some songs during the 2014 North American tour and left it in the USA in case I visited and needed a guitar. I got it again at the start of this North American tour, it's a lovely guitar but in reality I have so many that I do not need it.
There are lots of reasons why I have chosen to donate to Mind, some of which I don't want to go into as I respect the privacy of others, but my main reason is that they are doing wonders in reducing the stigma of mental illness. Many people I know have mental health issues and I would like to think they can talk about it without fear of ridicule.
Many years ago it was almost a dirty thing for someone to be diagnosed as manic or depressed and people were often told to just snap out of it, or go for a walk and get some fresh air. Thanks to great work by Mind (and others) this is no longer the case. People can talk a lot more openly about these things without fear of being thought of as wierd or crazy.
There is still some way to go, I have recently read stories of people suffering with bipolar disorder not being allowed to get a connecting flight via the USA which to me sounds crazier than having an illness... This is why charities like Mind need money, to raise awareness as well as helping people suffering.
The guitar can be signed by all of us in Aussie Floyd, or not if you prefer, if you bid and win that's up to you! If you would prefer to have the guitar as a giggable instrument (which is really how it should be used) then I'm sure the band will happily sign a DVD or Blu-Ray instead and throw that in.

It's currently in the USA so if you win and you live in North America somewhere it will be shipped from here, If you are Europe based then you'll have to wait until our equipment gets shipped back before getting it. I will personally ensure it gets delivered to you as soon as humanly possible.
